Montgomery DRB schedules Jan. 22 hearing on Brook Road short-term rental request

MONTGOMERY — The Montgomery Development Review Board will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 22, 2026, at the Public Safety Building, 86 Mountain Road, according to a posted notice.

The hearing concerns an application by Nathan Eller seeking conditional use approval to convert a single-family dwelling into a short-term rental lodging establishment at 13 Brook Road in the Village 1 Zoning District.

The property is located within a river corridor, requiring a Hazard Area Review in addition to conditional use approval. The application will be reviewed under both regulatory standards.
