During the investigation, officers identified <strong>Keenan Richard, 23, of Franklin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police determined Richard had an active warrant for <strong>driving with a criminally suspended license<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Richard was taken into custody and transported to the <strong>Northwest State Correctional Facility in St. Albans<\/strong>, where he was lodged on <strong>$100 bail<\/strong>, according to police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Authorities said Richard was scheduled to be arraigned in <strong>Franklin County Superior Court, Criminal Division<\/strong>, following his arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">State police did not release additional details about the initial complaint that led troopers to the residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The investigation is ongoing.
