{"id":3307,"date":"2026-08-14T13:35:32","date_gmt":"2026-08-14T17:35:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vermont105press.com\/?p=3307"},"modified":"2026-08-14T13:35:32","modified_gmt":"2026-08-14T17:35:32","slug":"richford-man-accused-of-dui-drugs-resisting-arrest-in-enosburgh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vermont105press.com\/fr\/richford-man-accused-of-dui-drugs-resisting-arrest-in-enosburgh\/","title":{"rendered":"Richford man accused of DUI-drugs, resisting arrest in Enosburgh"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ENOSBURGH, Vt. \u2014<\/strong> A Richford man faces charges of driving under the influence of drugs and resisting arrest after Vermont State Police responded to reports of suspected drug use in a vehicle Aug. 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks were called at approximately 7:21 p.m. to the McDonald&#8217;s parking lot in Enosburgh after receiving multiple reports of apparent drug use inside a vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police identified the driver as Tanner Hart, 32, of Richford.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to state police, Hart displayed signs of impairment while speaking with troopers. Police said Hart resisted officers as they attempted to take him into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hart was ultimately arrested and transported to the St. Albans Barracks for processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was later released with a citation ordering him to appear Sept. 15 at 8 a.m. in Franklin County Superior Court, Criminal Division, to answer to charges of DUI-drugs and resisting arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hart was not lodged, and state police listed no bail requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The case was investigated by Trooper Bodey Towle of the St. Albans Barracks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The charges filed against Hart are accusations.
