A hearing, appeal, change of use, conditional use, site plan review, major subdivision, variance or waiver is listed at $150.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fee for an unscheduled special meeting is $250. A certificate of compliance is $75, while a certificate of occupancy is $55. The schedule also lists a $250 fee for \u201cNo Permit\u201d and says all permits must be recorded.
