Driver charged with DUI after single-vehicle crash

EAST MONTPELIER — A New Hampshire man was arrested Thursday evening after a single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Route 100 and Factory Street, police said.
Troopers said Matthew Loignon, 33, showed signs of impairment and was charged with DUI. No injuries were reported.
